On October 29, we held the Term 4 Sleepover night in the gym.

We saw a record number of gymnasts plus their friends spend a fun night sleeping over in the gym.  Everyone came dressed up and a parade was held to showcase all costumes, a BBQ followed and then a movie.  Everyone sort a spot to sleep for the evenings and areas and cubbies were set up.  Some even managed to get some sleep.  Although a few looked a little tired the next morning when parents arrived to collect a good time was had by all.

All gymnasts are invited to attend the upcoming Grading Day on Sunday December 4, 2011.

Grading Days are a very important past of the Honda training structure as they allow each gymnast to perform their routines and skills in a competition format, without the stress of a true competition.

In order for a gymnast to progress to the next level they must attend the Grading Day and receive the minimum score as set by Gymnastics Australia for their Level/Group.  All gymnasts will receive a score card with their individual marks recored at the end of the day.

To enrol your child for the Grading Day a permission note must be completed and the entry fee paid prior to starting.  Once we have numbers attending for the day, you will be informed of the actual time of competition.

All gymnasts are required to wear their house coloured leotard, or Honda competition leotard.  If your child has yet to purchase their house coloured leotard then suitable clothing as though they were attending class is required.
